The Business Process Demonstrations are a series of graded student assignments. Many are applied to the student’s sponsoring organization. Assignments follow each residence period and apply concepts and tools taught and developed in that residence period. Topics include:
financial analysis
customer value analysis
assessment of supplier and customer conditions within the organization
exploration of international business possibilities during the global business seminar
process analysis
evaluation of an organization’s capacity for change
Most of the class assignments require students to apply new knowledge to projects related to their own industry or their own organization.
