Some evenings will require group work or other class preparation. Although the nature of the program dictates an intense schedule, we make an effort to balance class sessions, group interaction, and a need for downtime when possible. The Aerospace and Defense MBA program sponsors a class dinner twice each residence period. Aerospace and Defense MBA faculty and staff  attend each dinner with the students. Students have all other evenings free.

Students often break into teams to complete shared assignments during residence periods on the university of tennessee  campus in Knoxville.
